The Department of Civil Engineering is dedicated to developing skilled engineers who can design, construct, and maintain the infrastructure that supports modern society. With a strong emphasis on academic excellence, practical knowledge, and innovation, the department prepares students to meet the evolving challenges of the construction and infrastructure sectors
Civil Engineering Department of JCET was established during the year 2012 when the JCET started functioning with the intake of 60 students and with the annual intake of 120 students from the very next year 2013. The Civil Engineering course is approved by the AICTE, New Delhi, and affiliated to the Anna University Chennai.
